Hi, I'm Justine!

I’m a 33-year-old Taurus, crazy cat lady, comics illustrator, and artistic director in animation!

I’ve been working in the animation industry for almost 11 years now (time flies :o), mainly as a character designer, and in the French comics industry for 7 years. I’ve worked with several studios (you can find them all on my LinkedIn) such as Mediawan, DreamWorks TV, and Ellipse Animation, and I also illustrate comics for Dupuis Editions!

I’ve always loved drawing characters. As a child, surrounded by fantasy books and cartoons, I was constantly creating my own original characters from the stories in my head (and there were many, hahahaha). I’ve always been obsessed with the idea of bringing them to life, and this job really feels like living inside a fantasy.

I always use my own journey as an example when I teach, because I truly believe there is no such thing as talent or a gift.
